27. Suspension of practising certificate in certain circumstances
The making by the Disciplinary Committee or the Court of an order suspending an advocate from practice shall operate, and the adjudication in bankruptcy of an advocate shall operate immediately, to suspend any practising certificate of that advocate for the time being in force.Source: Kenya Law
