59. Application for removal of name from the Roll
(1)An advocate may make an application to the Tribunal to procure his name to be removed from the Roll.(2)On the hearing of an application under subsection (1), the Tribunal may make an order that the name of such advocate be removed from the Roll and may make such other order in relation to the case as it may think fit.
