69. Law Society to be informed of result of disciplinary proceedings and publicity of striking-off or suspension
(1)The Registrar shall inform the secretary to the Society of the making of an entry in respect of any advocate on the Roll and of the removal from, or the striking off, the Roll of the name of any advocate in accordance with the provisions of this Part.(2)The Registrar shall cause to be published in the Gazette a notice that a final order has been made in respect of any advocate whereby he has been suspended from practice or whereby his name has been struck off the Roll and the Society may publish a similar notice in at least one daily newspaper of national circulation.
