41. Inspection and audit of accounts

(1)The National Treasury shall have full access to all accounts, documents, papers and books of the Corporation, and the General Manager shall at all times furnish to the National Treasury all such information as it may require.

(2)The accounts of the Corporation shall be examined, audited and reported upon annually by the Auditor-General.[Act No. 12 of 1985, Sch.]
