6. Meetings of Board
(1)Meetings of the Board shall be convened by the Chairperson, or in his absence by the deputy Chairperson, at such times and places as he determines but not less than four times a year.(2)The Chairperson, or in his absence the deputy Chairperson, may at any time, and shall at the request in writing of at least three Directors, convene a special meeting of the Board.(3)A notice convening a special meeting of the Board shall state the purposes for which the special meeting is convened.
