4A. Role of the Controller
(1)Where the Authority determines that there is an overlap in its functions and the function of any other institution in relation food safety, theAuthority may request the Controller to advise.(2)Where a conflict arises between the Authority and any other institution in the execution of its functions in relation to food safety, the Authority may request the Controller to advise.(3)The Controller shall an audit on the mechanisms for food safety established by the Authority to verify that the Authority has established a system for the effective official control for food safety.
