41. Endorsement of conviction on licence
Every licensee who is convicted of an offence under this Act shall produce his licence to the court convicting him, and the court shall endorse every such conviction on the licence and the relevant administrative officer of the court shall inform the relevant District Committee.Source: Kenya Law
