16. Power to prohibit use of veccine or drug.
(1)The Director may prohibit the use of any vaccine or drug for the treatment of animal disease in Kenya.(2)Any person who knowingly supplies, sells, purchases, obtains or uses any vaccine or drug for the treatment of animal diseases, the use of which has been prohibited by the Director shall be guilty of an offence.
