3. Application
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, no person shall, unless he is registered under this Act, practise or hold himself out whether directly or by implication, as practising or being prepared to practise as an animal technician.(2)Nothing in this Act shall be construed as derogating from the provisions of the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Para-professionals Act (Cap. 366) relating to the practice of veterinary medicine and surgery.
