12. Guidance about private entities preventing bribery
(1)The Cabinet Secretary shall, in consultation with the Commission, publish guidelines to assist private and public entities in the preparation of procedures required under this Part.(2)The guidelines under subsection (1), shall be in the Gazette and such other manner as the Cabinet Secretary may consider appropriate.(3)The Commission may provide such assistance as may be necessary to any private or public entity or any other person in the implementation of procedures issued under this section.
