22A. Board members and staff to be bound by the Act
Subject to applicable law, as a condition of such position or involvement, all of the Board members, directors, officers, and those employees (and those of appointed delegated third parties), who are involved in any aspect of doping control, shall be bound by this Act and any other anti-doping rules as persons in conformity with the Code for direct and intentional misconduct, or to be bound by comparable Rules and Regulations put in place by the Agency.[Act No. 24 of 2020, s. 13.]Source: Kenya Law
