37. Returns and reports
(1)The Agency shall furnish to the Cabinet Secretary, such returns, reports, accounts and information with respect to its property and activities as the Cabinet Secretary may, from time to time, require or direct.(2)Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Agency shall, within three months after the end of each financial year, cause to be made and submitted to the Cabinet Secretary a report dealing with the activities of the Agency and such report shall be published publicly and a copy provided to the World Anti-Doping Agency in accordance with Article 14.4 of the Code during the preceding financial year.
