In this Act—"judgment" includes decree, order, sentence and decision;"the Court of Appeal" means the Court of Appeal established by section 164(1) of the Constitution;"the Court of Appeal Rules" means the Court of Appeal Rules (sub. leg);"the Old Court of Appeal" means the Court of Appeal for East Africa, referred to in section 17 of the Treaty for East African Co-operation Act (Repealed), or any Court replaced by that Court.Source: Kenya Law
