19. Contributions not normally to be repaid
Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, no contributions made by a member and no contributions paid from moneys provided by Parliament to the credit of a member shall be repaid.[Act No. 64 of 1951, s. 8, L.N. 123/1964.]Source: Kenya Law
