7. Secretary to the Board
(1)The Chief Justice shall appoint a public officer to be the Secretary of the Board and such Secretary shall hold office for a renewable term of three years.(2)Where the person appointed under subsection (1) is for any reason unable to continue discharging his functions the Chief Justice may appoint another public officer to act in that capacity as the Secretary to the Board and such Secretary shall hold office for a renewable term of three years.
