The Cabinet Secretary, the Teachers Service Commission, the Standards and Quality Assurance Council, the National Education Board, the national quality assurance bodies, and the County Education Boards shall ensure the maintenance of standards, quality and relevance of education and training as provided for under this Act or any other written law.Source: Kenya Law
