10. Books to be kept by licensee
(1)A licensee shall enter or cause to be entered regularly in a book kept for the purpose all such particulars as may be prescribed.(2)A licensee who contravenes subsection (1), or who knowingly or recklessly keeps any book, record or account required to be kept under this section which is false in any material particular, or who makes or causes to be made in any such book an entry which is false in a material particular, shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
