12. Licences and permits not to be transferred
No licence or permit issued under this Act shall be transferable to any person, and a person who transfers or purports to transfer a licence or permit shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two months, or to both.Source: Kenya Law
