27. Prohibition against playing games of chance on licensed premises
A person who upon licensed betting premises plays or permits the playing of a game of chance shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand shillings or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.Source: Kenya Law
