68. Power of Board and Permanent Secretary to sue for recovery of any moneys due
Any fee due to the Board, and any penalty in respect thereof, due to the Permanent Secretary shall be deemed to be a civil debt due to the Government, and may be sued for and recovered with costs by and in the name of the Board or the Permanent Secretary, as the case may be.[Act No. 4 of 1999, s. 51, Act No. 9 of 2000, s. 75.]Source: Kenya Law
