43. Appointment of biosafety inspectors
The Cabinet Secretary may, on the recommendation of the Authority, and by notice in the Gazette, appoint duly qualified persons whether by name or by title of office, to be biosafety inspectors of the Authority, for such jurisdictional units as may be specified in the notice of appointment.Source: Kenya Law
