4. Registers
The Registrar shall keep registers in the prescribed forms in which he shall register the returns in respect of books and newspapers made to him under sections 6 and 8, and the bonds delivered to him under sections 11 and 13, and shall enter therein such other particulars and matters as may be prescribed.Source: Kenya Law
