17. Inmates to be subject to borstal institution discipline
Every inmate of a borstal institution shall be subject to the discipline of a borstal institution and to this Act and to all rules, orders and directions made thereunder during the whole period of his detention, whether he is or is not within the precincts of a borstal institution.Source: Kenya Law
