10. Publication of registered brands
The registrar shall, as soon as possible after the 1st January in each year, publish in the Gazette a statement, in Form A in the First Schedule to this Act, of all brands registered under this Act during the preceding year, with the names and addresses of their respective owners.[Act No. 30 of 1964, s. 6.]Source: Kenya Law
