45. Inspection of documents by public
On payment of the prescribed fees, any person may inspect at the office of the Registrar the documents relating to any society and required to be lodged with the Registrar in terms of this Act or obtain from the Registrar a certificate of the registration of any society or a copy of or extract from any such document or part thereof kept by the Registrar.Source: Kenya Law
