50. Penalties
If a building society fails to comply with the provisions of subsection (2) of section 46, section 47, section 47A, section 48 or subsection (2) of section 49, the society and every director, secretary and other officer of the society shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand shillings.[Act No. 16 of 1985, s. 9.]Source: Kenya Law
