10. Deputy Principal

10. Deputy Principal

(1)The Board of Governors shall, in consultation with the Cabinet Secretary, appoint a Deputy Principal who shall, under the general authority of the Principal, exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be provided by the statutes.

(2)The Deputy Principal shall hold office for such period as may be provided by the statutes, and at the expiration of that period shall be eligible for re-appointment.
