4. Licences.

(1)The licences which may be issued under these By-laws, are—

(a)a taxi-cab licence; and

(b)a taxi-cab driver's licence.

(2)Subject to the provisions of by-laws 7 and 32 of these By-laws, a licence shall expire on the 31st December in the year for which it is issued.
