40. Transitional provisions

(1)Any licence granted, and the shareholding and governance structures approved under such licence shall be valid until the coming into operation of regulations made under section 29(3A).

(2)Without prej udice to the generality of subsection (1), the Authority shall issue licences in accordance with the limits set in the regulation under section 29(3A).(Act No. 26 of 2025, s. 3)
