11. Application of convention to Carriage by air not covered by the Convention
(1)The Cabinet Secretary may, by order in the Gazette, apply the First Schedule, together with any other provisions of this Act, to carriage by air, not being carriage by air to which the Convention applies, of such description as may be specified in the order subject to such exceptions, adaptations and modifications (if any), as may be specified.(2)An order under this section shall not be made unless a draft of the order has been laid before National Assembly and approved by a resolution of the Assembly.
