7. Power of Authority to amend CDS rules
Notwithstanding the provisions of any other written law, the Authority may from time to time, after consultation with the central depository, amend the CDS rules by written notice, specifying the amendments and the dates on which such amendments shall come into force.Source: Kenya Law
