12. Constitution of the Registration Board

(1)The Registration Board shall consist of nine members appointed by the Cabinet Secretary, of whom—

(a)four shall be nominated by the Council;

(b)one shall be nominated by the Examination Board;

(c)one shall be nominated by the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for Commerce;

(d)one shall be the secretary to the Commission for Higher Education or a person nominated by him;

(e)one shall be the Director of Personnel Management or a person nominated by him;

(f)one shall be nominated by the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for Finance.

(2)The members of the Registration Board appointed pursuant to subsection (1) (a) and (b) shall be nominated from amongst the members of the Institute.[Act No. 14 of 1991, Sch., Act No. 11 of 1992, Sch.]
