16. Application for practising certificate
(1)A person wishing to obtain a practising certificate shall apply to the Registration Board.(2)An application for a practising certificate shall be in the prescribed form and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee.(3)Any person who, in any application for a practising certificate wilfully makes a false or misleading statement shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand shillings or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
