26. Inquiry by the Disciplinary Committee

26. Inquiry by the Disciplinary Committee

(1)Where the Council has reason to believe that a member of the Institute may have been guilty of professional misconduct it shall refer the matter to the Disciplinary Committee which shall inquire into the matter.

(2)The provisions of the Fourth Schedule shall have effect with respect to an inquiry by the Disciplinary Committee pursuant to subsection (1).
