9. Constitution of the Council

(1)The Council shall consist of—

(a)the Chairperson;

(b)nine members of the Institute elected in the manner provided in paragraph (1) of the Second Schedule; and

(c)one member appointed pursuant to subsection (2).

(2)The Cabinet Secretary may appoint one member of the Council.
