13. Membership of the Institute

The members of the Institute shall be—

(a)the Chancellor;

(b)the Chairperson of the Council;

(c)members of the Council;

(d)the Vice-Chancellor;

(e)the Deputy Vice-Chancellors;

(f)the Deans;

(g)the Principals of constituent colleges;

(h)the Principals of colleges within the Institute;

(i)the Director of Internal Audit;

(j)the Director of Library Services;

(k)the Director of Finance;

(l)the Director of Legal Services;

(m)the Director of Procurement;

(n)the members of the Senate;

(o)the academic staff;

(p)the administrative staff;

(q)the students; and

(r)the Alumni Association.
