22. The Directors of Directorates
(1)There shall be such Directors of the Institute who shall be appointed by the Board on such terms and conditions in accordance with the Statutes or Policies, and who shall be under the general authority of the Vice Chancellor(2)The Directors of Directorates shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be provided in the Statutes.
