62. Utilization of grants and donations
For expedient carrying out of the activities of the Institute, grants to the Institute from external funders and donors shall be received at the Institute, in the designated bank accounts and shall be used for the purpose of defraying such expenses as may be provided in the grant or donor conditions or agreement.Source: Kenya Law
