65. Associations, collaborations or linkages

The Board may enter into association, collaboration, or linkages with other bodies or organizations within or outside Kenya for purposes of—

(a)training and exchange programs;

(b)research and development;

(c)running specialized programs in support of government institutions; and

(d)any other areas as the Institute may consider desirable or appropriate and in furtherance of the purpose for which the Institute is established.
