9. Establishment of regional offices

9. Establishment of regional offices
(1)The Board may, on the recommendation of the Research and Academic Board, and on the advice of the Commission, establish such regional offices within the country as it may be considered necessary for the effective discharge of the functions of the Institute.(2)The regional officers established under subparagraph (1) shall consist of such centres, units or stations as may be specified in the Statutes.(3)The infrastructure established under this paragraph shall consist of such units or sections as may be provided for in the Statutes.
