13. Decisions of the Board
Unless a unanimous decision is reached, a decision on any matter before the Board shall be by a simple majority of the votes of the members present and voting, and in the case of an equality of votes, the Chairperson or the person appointed to be the Chairperson under paragraph 11(1) shall have a casting vote as well as a deliberative vote.Source: Kenya Law
