214. Offences under this Part
Where any offence under any regulations made under this Act committed by a body corporate is proved to have been committed with the consent or connivance of, or to be attributable to any neglect on the part of, any director, manager, member of a committee, secretary or other officer of the body, he or she, as well as the body corporate, shall be deemed to have committed that offence and shall be liable to the respective penal sanctions prescribed under this Act.Source: Kenya Law
