11. Failure to comply with summons or giving of misleading information
A person who without lawful excuse refuses or fails to comply with a summon, gives false or misleading information or evidence either voluntarily in any proceedings of the Authority or in purported compliance with a summon under this section, commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand shillings.Source: Kenya Law
