43. Restriction in the execution against property of the Authority
Despite anything to the contrary in any law -(a)where any judgment or order has been obtained against the Authority, no execution or attachment or process in the nature thereof, shall be issued against the immovable property of the Authority or any of its vehicles, vessels, aircraft or its other operational equipment, machinery, fixtures or fittings, but the Director-General shall cause to be paid out of the revenue of the Authority such amount as may, by the judgment or order or decree, be awarded against the Authority to the person entitled thereto;(b)no immovable or movable property of the Authority or any of its current assets or any vessels, vehicles, aircraft or its equivalent, machinery, fixture or fittings, shall be seized or taken by any person having by law, power to attach or distrain property without the previous written permission of the Director-General.
