61C. Aircraft piracy
(1)A person shall not commit or attempt to commit aircraft piracy, either while the aircraft is in flight or not in flight within the jurisdiction of Kenya.(2)A person who contravenes this section commits an offence and shall be liable, upon conviction to a fine not exceeding five million shillings or to a tenn of imprisonment not exceeding three (3) years, or to both.
