64. Jurisdiction
Any offence under this Act or regulations made under this Act and any offence committed on a Kenya aircraft shall, for the purpose of conferring jurisdiction, be deemed to have been committed in any place within Kenya where the offender may for the time being be:Provided that if such offence is committed in or over Kenya, the offence may be tried by any court having jurisdiction in Kenya.Source: Kenya Law
