11. Display of marks

(1)An owner of an aircraft registered in Kenya shall display marks on that owner's aircraft the nationality mark "5Y" followed by the registration of the aircraft consisting of three Roman Capital letters assigned by the Authority with a hyphen placed between the nationality mark and the registration mark.

(2)If, because of the aircraft configuration, it is not possible to mark the aircraft in accordance with these Regulations, the owner may apply to the Authority for a different procedure.
