14. Changes requiring notice to the Authority

(1)An approved training organization shall notify the Authority within thirty days of any of the following changes—

(a)the Accountable Manager;

(b)the Head of Quality;

(c)the instructors;

(d)the housing, training facilities and equipment, procedures, training programs and work scope that could affect the approval;

(e)a description of the method used for the completion and retention of the training records; and

(f)any changes to an approved manual.

(2)The Authority may prescribe the conditions under which an approved training organisation may operate during the period such changes as specified in subregulation (1) occurs unless the Authority determines that the approval be suspended.
