115. Refuelling with passengers on board or rotors turning
(1)A helicopter should not be refuelled when passengers are embarking, on board or disembarking or when the rotor is turning unless it is attended by the pilot-in-command or other qualified personnel ready to initiate and direct an evacuation of the helicopter by the most practical and expeditious means available.(2)When refuelling with passengers embarking, on board or disembarking, two-way communications shall be maintained by helicopter inter-communications system or other suitable means between the ground crew supervising the refuelling and the pilot-in-command or other qualified personnel required by subregulation (1).
