126. Requirement for application

(1)A person may apply to the Authority for an exemption from any of these Regulations.

(2)An applications for exemption shall be submitted at least sixty days in advance of the proposed effective date.

(3)A request for an exemption shall contain-

(a)the applicant's name;

(b)physical address and mailing address;

(c)telephone number;

(d)fax number if available; and

(e)email address if available.

(4)The application shall be accompanied by a fee specified by the Authority, for technical evaluation.
